Imo Sharman Is Someone I Greatly Admire, by Craig Keeland

Writting by Craig Keeland, Founder & CEO of ViaViente

Imo Sharman is someone who I admire greatly and who has made the most of her life. As you read this, picture yourself achieving the same success that she has. Imo is someone very special to me in that she is very close to my heart. She is just like many of you who may have had a difficult start in life. Like Imo, you may have worked hard all your life to raise your kids, put a roof over their heads and clothes on their backs.

When Imo was very young, she along with her sisters and brothers were orphaned. Imagine losing your parents as a child and worrying if you would be able to stay together or would be separated forever. Imo and her sister were fortunate enough to be raised together but it wasn't until they were adults that all of their brothers and sisters were reunited.

When Imo became a young woman, like most of us, she got married and started a family. Unfortunately, the marriage didn't work out and Imo found herself a divorced woman raising two children by herself. Back in the sixties, there were only a few careers open to women; teaching, nursing and secretarial work. Imo took care of her two children by working as a secretary, a job she held for 30 years until she retired. Her children's devotion and appreciation of her is a testament to the great job she did in raising them and the sacrifices that she made.

Before joining ViaViente, the most money Imo ever earned was $1400 a month. She always had an intense desire to be successful, but didn't know how to accomplish that until her daughter introduced her to the world of Network Marketing. It took 1-1/2 years for Imo to say 'yes' to starting a new career in this industry. Thankfully her daughter, Sheri Sharman, never gave up on her.
